Shuri-te kei/Tomari-te kei Kata
These are modules for a self defense course I put together. It was a 12 week course ie 12 modules. I will upload them one at a time. This is Module 1. Hopefully it may be of interest to people. Students were given a module on each day. I think notes are important to understanding self defense. Self defense techniques are useful but, like everything, require alot of training. Its more important to avoid physical conflict. Avoidance is always the best option.

Just for reference. I have uploaded the grading Syllabus for 9th - 1st Kyu. We did for my old club Golden Valley Karate. We no longer use this syllabus for the university. But i thought it may be of interest as we put so much work into it.
